Donating health insurance cards and voluntary social insurance books to people in need.

The Ngo Quyen branch of the Social Insurance agency has received nearly 117.7 million VND from sponsors, corresponding to nearly 100 health insurance cards and 10 voluntary social insurance books donated to people in need.

On the morning of December 13th, the Ngo Quyen branch of the Social Insurance office received a donation of 13,860,000 VND from the Vietnam Public Commercial Bank, Hai Phong branch.

At the ceremony, the Ngo Quyen Social Insurance Office and the Vietnam Public Commercial Bank, Hai Phong branch, also presented 50 health insurance cards and 10 voluntary social insurance books to people in difficult circumstances in Ngo Quyen and Gia Vien wards.

Each health insurance card is valid for 12 months, and each voluntary social insurance booklet is valid for 6 months of contributions.

In response to the program "Donating social insurance books and health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances - Bringing a warm Tet to the poor in the Spring of the Year of the Horse" 2026, as of December 13th, the Ngo Quyen branch of the Social Insurance Office has received a total of nearly 117.7 million VND from sponsors, corresponding to nearly 100 health insurance cards and 10 voluntary social insurance books.

The Social Insurance Agency hopes to continue receiving the support and cooperation of agencies, units, businesses, and individuals so that health insurance and voluntary insurance can continue to spread widely to those in difficult circumstances, ensuring social security.
