In 2025, the Party Committee and Command of the 395th Division will lead and direct agencies and units to thoroughly understand and strictly implement resolutions, directives, circulars, and guidelines from higher levels on ideological management, building a regular army, maintaining discipline, and ensuring safety; issue all necessary guiding documents, study materials, and orientations on ideological management and discipline within the division; promptly learn from emerging incidents; and effectively organize political and ideological activities to improve the quality of education and awareness of law and discipline compliance among soldiers.

Colonel Le Hong Thang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the 395th Division, delivered a speech at the conference.

During the year, the 395th Division organized 48 current affairs talks; effectively maintained the internal broadcasting system and cultural institutions; promptly disseminated information, guided ideology and public opinion, spread good practices, innovative models, and examples of good people and good deeds, creating high unity in awareness and action throughout the unit. They developed ideological situational videos to educate soldiers in a practical manner; and organized for 100% of non-commissioned officers and soldiers to watch traffic safety awareness videos before their leave, contributing to reducing violations and accidents.

Thanks to the synchronized and decisive implementation of measures, the ideological situation throughout the 395th Division remains stable; officers and soldiers maintain firm political resolve, uphold a high sense of responsibility, and are committed to complying with laws and discipline; they preserve internal unity and military-civilian solidarity; overcome difficulties, work with peace of mind, are committed to their units, and are ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Le Hong Thang requested that Party committees and commanders at all levels continue to closely monitor the ideological situation, discipline, and political security in their areas; proactively anticipate potential violations to take timely educational and management measures; strictly implement the procedures and regulations for ideological work; strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of the troops' ideological situation regularly and realistically, and absolutely avoid complacency or negligence in all situations.

Along with that, we must strengthen discipline and order; rectify and create clear changes in the management, command, and performance of duties by the officer corps; enhance coordination with localities and families in educating and motivating soldiers; and do a good job of inspecting agencies and units in managing ideology and discipline.
