In 2025, the Hung Yen Provincial Military Party Committee led, directed, thoroughly grasped, advised, proposed, and comprehensively implemented tasks, with many tasks being successfully completed.

Notably, it has performed well the advisory function for the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee to lead, direct, and comprehensively and effectively implement all aspects of local military and defense work. It has well advised the merger of the Hung Yen Provincial Military Command and the Thai Binh Military Command, establishing the Hung Yen Provincial Military Command; advised the dissolution of the district-level military command, establishing a regional defense command; advised all levels on the arrangement of military command staff for communes and wards when implementing a two-level local government.
