VIMC works with Samsara Group (India) on cooperation in developing logistics ecosystem

On the morning of December 3, 2025, in Hanoi, General Director of Vietnam National Shipping Lines (VIMC), Le Anh Son, had a meeting and worked with Mr. Mukesh Oza - Founder, Chairman and CEO of Samsara Group (India) and the working delegation.

At the meeting, Mr. Mukesh Oza said that Vietnam is a strategic market in the long-term vision of Samsara Group, playing a key role in connecting the supply chain between India and Southeast Asia. He highly appreciated the scale, capacity and was especially interested in the development orientation of the logistics ecosystem that VIMC is implementing. At the same time, he affirmed that Samsara is ready to support VIMC in investment and development activities in India and other markets where the group is present.

Speaking at the meeting, VIMC General Director Le Anh Son said that the Vietnam-India relationship is growing, economic cooperation is growing rapidly with much potential, creating a foundation for businesses of the two countries to expand cooperation. VIMC wishes to cooperate long-term with partners with experience, technology and innovative development models such as Samsara Group.

At the meeting, the leaders of the two sides discussed in detail the potential for cooperation in the fields of shipping agency, maritime transport, integrated logistics, container depot development and enhancing freight transport connectivity between Vietnam and India. The combination of each side's strengths is expected to form logistics solutions that meet market needs, contributing to improving efficiency and optimizing the supply chain.

The meeting ended in a spirit of cooperation and high consensus. The two sides assigned the specialized units to continue discussing, finalizing the proposals and promoting the implementation of the agreed contents, aiming for specific results in the coming time.
