Coming to offer incense and commemorate the heroic martyrs were comrade Le Thanh Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province; comrade Nguyen Van Vinh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization and Propaganda Department and official delegates attending the Congress.

In a solemn atmosphere, delegates respectfully laid wreaths on the monument of heroic martyrs; offered incense and observed a moment of silence to express their respect and infinite gratitude for the great sacrifices of heroic martyrs who did not spare their blood and bones, heroically sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the nation, for the happiness of the people.

Representing the province's youth, comrade Tran Tri Cuong - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union expressed his infinite gratitude for the great sacrifices of the heroic martyrs and his determination to preserve and promote the glorious revolutionary tradition of his homeland Vinh Long. The province's youth vows to constantly compete to train political mettle, sense of responsibility, discipline, aspiration to contribute, will to overcome difficulties, pioneer in digital transformation, innovation, green economic development, environmental protection, building new rural areas, advanced new rural areas, towards modern new rural areas and civilized urban areas and always volunteer for the community, participate in ensuring social security, taking better care of people in difficult circumstances.
