Agribank and VNPAY bring digital solutions to every business household

(Chinhphu.vn) - Agribank and VNPAY officially signed a cooperation agreement to deploy a digital transformation solution package for business households and small enterprises, to support the process of switching from lump-sum tax to declaration, meeting the requirements of electronic invoices and business administration according to new standards.

The Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) and Vietnam Payment Solutions Joint Stock Company ( VNPAY ) have just signed a cooperation agreement to deploy a digital transformation solution package for business households and small enterprises.

Attending the signing ceremony, representatives of VNPAY included Mr. Le Tanh - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Luong - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and leaders of the business sector and the Northern business sector. On the side of Agribank, there were Mr. Pham Toan Vuong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director, Deputy General Directors and representatives of the leaders of departments and centers at the Head Office, along with Directors of some branches such as the Transaction Office, Lang Ha, Hanoi , Ha Tay. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the target customer group who are business owners in Hanoi.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Toan Vuong said that the signing of the cooperation agreement aims to accompany business households in the process of converting the tax management model, from lump-sum tax to declaration according to Decree 70/2025/ND-CP and new regulations of the Ministry of Finance. He said that business households will have to deploy electronic invoices, automatically transmit tax data and build management processes.

Through cooperation with VNPAY, Agribank deploys a set of solutions for business households, including financial services and sales management tools, issuing electronic invoices and connecting data with tax authorities.

Agribank announced financial support policies including free opening and maintenance of payment accounts, preferential account numbers, free balance notification via OTT on the Agribank Plus application. In addition, the bank launched a credit package with interest rates from 4.5%/year for business households.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Le Tanh said that VNPAY cooperated with Agribank to deploy a digital transformation solution package for businesses and business households nationwide. The solution package is provided free of charge for 3 years.

The solution set includes: VNPAY-Invoice electronic invoice, VNPAY Cloud data storage, VNPAY-CA digital signature, sales management software and payment devices such as VNPAY-POS, PhonePOS.
