On the afternoon of June 23, the Naval Academy held a conference to review the Party and political work activities for the first six months of 2025.

In the first six months of 2026, the Party and political work activities of the Academy were carried out according to plan, closely adhering to practical requirements and tasks. Political education and ideological leadership were effectively implemented; information and propaganda work was strengthened; and Party building and organizational work was carried out systematically.

Participating in the National Mathematics Olympiad, achieving 1st place (Second Prize); Scientific councils at all levels have approved 2 projects at the Ministry of National Defense level and 1 project at the provincial level. Completed the Third Science and Technology Innovation Competition for young officers, lecturers, and students in 2026 with 32 high-quality entries; Disseminating information on maritime and island issues and providing military recruitment counseling in 2026 in 4 provinces: An Giang, Ca Mau, Dak Lak, and Khanh Hoa for 15 high schools, attracting over 17,000 participants (an increase of 14,000 participants). In 2026, there were 1192 applications for military recruitment (an increase of 257 applications compared to 2025); 100% of political instructors achieved good or excellent results in the Academy-level competition (52.17% excellent). Academy-level excellent speaker competition: 100% achieved good or excellent results (33.33% excellent). Participation in the Air Force-level excellent speaker competition: 1 consolation prize; 2 out of 2 participants received the title of excellent speaker at the Air Force level; organized the handover of 128 official residences; organized a meeting to congratulate comrades who achieved the title of Associate Professor, doctoral candidates who successfully defended their dissertations, and students who achieved high results in the 2025 Olympic competition.

Inspections and supervision were conducted according to plan, ensuring strictness and objectivity; the implementation of personnel work, security protection, mass mobilization, and policies was of high quality and effectiveness. Mass organizations operated effectively, diversely, and practically; the Academy maintained absolute political security.

The Academy successfully organized the election of National Assembly Deputies of the 14th term and the People's Council of Khanh Hoa province for the 2026-2031 term at the Academy's polling station; the "Springtime of Joint Efforts to Protect the Sea - Tet of Warmth Between Military and Civilian Forces" program in Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak provinces. In the last six months of 2026, the Naval Academy will continue to implement and complete the 2026 plan in all aspects of its work. The Political Commissar of the Naval Academy requested that political organs, Party committees, and commanders at all levels regularly pay attention to and strictly and effectively maintain the discipline and procedures of Party work and political work. They should continue to innovate and improve the quality of political education and ideological leadership;

Admitted 100 new party members, granted full membership to 92 probationary members; awarded 5 30-year Party Membership Badges and 1 40-year Party Membership Badge; donated 200 gift packages, 200 sticky rice cakes, 200 life jackets, 200 national flags; provided free medical examinations and medicine to 200 people; donated 100 leather briefcases and 1,000 notebooks to the people and students in the localities.
