In the first 6 months of 2025, thanks to the close adherence to the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial Party Committee, trade union activities in the province continued to have positive changes, focusing on the grassroots and workers, taking the interests of union members and workers as the main goal of activities. Propaganda and mobilization work to promote emulation movements at the grassroots level took place enthusiastically and widely, attracting a large number of workers to respond. Activities to represent, care for, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers were implemented with attention by trade unions at all levels, gradually improving their material and spiritual lives, helping union members in difficult circumstances to rise up and stabilize their lives.
Thanks to that, 32/48 targets have reached more than 60% of the annual plan, including some high targets such as: Admitting nearly 30.7 thousand union members, reaching 62%; 100% of grassroots trade unions coordinated to build and implement grassroots democracy regulations; 100% of enterprise grassroots trade unions coordinated to organize workplace dialogues. The Standing Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor have led and directed the committees to focus on implementing the key work lists in 2025 with the result that 80/127 key tasks were implemented (reaching 62.9%).

Based on the analysis of the existing limitations and causes, at the conference, delegates agreed on a number of tasks and solutions in implementing trade union work in the last months of the year. In particular, continuing to innovate and reorganize the trade union system, ensuring effective and efficient operations according to the direction of the Central Committee; promptly reviewing, amending and supplementing regulations, rules, directives and instructions of the trade union organization, in order to unify and synchronize the implementation of tasks after reorganizing the apparatus and staff.
Concentrate resources, create breakthroughs in developing union members and establishing grassroots unions, especially in non-state enterprises. Innovate forms to effectively organize propaganda activities, legal advice, culture and sports for workers; strengthen mobilization and build the "Union Shelter" Fund to support union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
At the conference, 17 individuals with achievements in trade union propaganda and communication work were awarded by the Provincial Federation of Labor.
