Currently, the provincial Border Guard maintains 100% of its personnel on duty with 20 ships, boats, and canoes; 20 cars of various types, 60 motorbikes; and has mobilized dozens of canoes and motorboats from local tourism businesses to support. The Provincial Border Guard Command has deployed 6 working groups with 360 officers and soldiers to strengthen the vulnerable areas; and distributed 220 buoys, 270 life jackets, and 140kg of dry food to people in flooded areas.

Colonel Phan Thang Long - Commander of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard Command, said: "The unit regularly monitors weather developments, promptly updates information to proactively deploy response measures; strictly maintains on-duty regime, is ready to rescue, rescue and evacuate people when required."
