SEV Trade Union currently has more than 14,300 union members. From 2023 to now, the grassroots union has been proactive and active in all activities, promoting its role as a bridge between workers and enterprises. Programs to care for the lives of union members and workers have been fully and promptly implemented.

In particular, focusing on taking care of employees' mental health, a key factor to maintain productivity and engagement. Specifically: Organizing psychological counseling activities, relieving stress, attracting about 9 thousand employees/year; discussion "Understanding yourself - Choosing a proactive lifestyle", taking care of pregnant employees' health and giving gifts to female union members on maternity leave. Implementing regular material care programs such as: "Cool summer ice cream" (2 times/year), "Cool Summer" for outdoor workers.
Launching and widely implementing emulation movements "Good workers - Creative workers", attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate. Propagating legal policies and resolutions of higher-level unions has been focused on, raising awareness and responsibility of union members. The grassroots union maintains a direct listening channel through the program "Dialogue with workers" once a week, promptly resolving thoughts and aspirations, promptly removing difficulties in the working process, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

With these outstanding results, in 2024, SEV Trade Union was honored to receive the Comprehensive Emulation Flag from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor ; for two consecutive years 2024 and 2025, the company was honored as "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers".
Speaking at the congress, comrade Thach Van Chung acknowledged and praised the achievements of SEV Trade Union in recent years. To continue to affirm its position and develop sustainably, he suggested that the grassroots trade union proactively negotiate with the company's leaders to build and maintain a higher quality collective labor agreement, aiming for superior benefits; establish a mechanism for regular and effective dialogue, promptly resolve suggestions and problems of workers right at the grassroots level.

The union proactively coordinates with the company to develop training programs on digital skills and skills to adapt to automation. The union must be a pioneer in instilling the spirit of learning in the digital age; establish a fund or a worthy reward mechanism for initiatives and technical improvements. Take advantage of technology to digitize the process of managing union members, information and organizing activities; train a team of union officials with qualifications, enthusiasm, understanding of labor law and soft skills to truly be a prestigious and professional representative of the labor collective.
At the congress, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to appoint 17 comrades to join the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union for the 4th term, 2025 - 2030. Comrade Lai Hoang Dung, Director of the Training and Development Department, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union for the 3rd term, was appointed to continue to hold the position of Chairman of the Company's Trade Union for the new term.
