In 2025, Regiment 927 completed all aspects of its work. Training quality and combat readiness were improved; airspace management and flight operations were strictly managed.

The work of building a disciplined system, managing discipline, ensuring safety, digital transformation and the "Digital Education for All" movement has been effectively implemented. Party and political work has been carried out synchronously at all levels. Ensuring logistics and technology to promptly respond to tasks, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive "exemplary and typical" Regiment, a clean and strong Party Committee, and excellently completing tasks.

Leaders and commanders of Regiment 927 awarded collectives and individuals with achievements in the 2025 Emulation Movement.

The Regiment's forces were honored to be selected to practice and participate in the celebratory flight mission at two major national events of the year: the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification and the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2. The unit completed the mission excellently, ensuring absolute safety and was commended by all levels.

Regarding the direction and tasks for 2026, delegates had a lively and frank discussion, pointing out the remaining problems, causes, responsibilities and lessons learned, and on that basis proposed many feasible measures to complete the set targets and plans.

At the conference, Regiment 927 summarized the 2025 Emulation Movement, launched the 2026 Emulation Movement with the theme "Solidarity, Discipline, Creativity, Safety, and Victory"; and awarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025.
