December 4: Live broadcast of the discussion session on the work of the 2021-2026 term of the President, Government, and National Assembly

Along with that, the National Assembly also discussed in the hall the work reports of the 15th term of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Nationality Council, the National Assembly committees, the State Audit; the work reports of the 2021-2026 term of the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy . The discussion session was televised and broadcast live for voters and people nationwide to follow.

Also on December 4, the National Assembly listened to the presentation and examined the draft Law on Specialized Courts at the International Financial Center; the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on the mechanism and policy for national energy development in the 2026-2030 period. After that, the National Assembly discussed these two contents in groups.

* On December 3, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall, listening to reports on the implementation of a number of resolutions of the 14th and 15th National Assembly terms on thematic supervision and questioning by Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh , Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Van Quang, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Huy Tien, and State Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan.

National Assembly deputies also listened to Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for People's Aspirations and Supervision Duong Thanh Binh present a report summarizing the content of the examination of the implementation of a number of resolutions of the 14th and 15th National Assembly on thematic supervision and questioning. These contents were then discussed by the National Assembly in the hall.

Delegates focused on discussing the following contents: practicing thrift and fighting waste; policies to remove difficulties for production and business, supporting enterprise development; tax management; credit management; handling bad debt; monetary policy management, inflation control; electricity development; market management; prevention and control of child abuse; implementation of the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030; handling of denunciations and reports of crimes and recommendations for prosecution, temporary suspension of investigation; auditing of planning, management and use of land in urban areas; solutions to improve the quality of prosecution; effectiveness and efficiency of auditing work and implementation of audit conclusions and recommendations...

Also on December 3, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall to consider many important contents, including passing the Law on State of Emergency; listening to Minister of Agriculture and Environment Tran Duc Thang, authorized by the Prime Minister, present the Proposal; Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council Lam Van Man presented the report on the appraisal of the investment policy of the National Target Program on new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction, and socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas until 2035.

The National Assembly also heard reports and examined three contents: the investment policy for the Vinh - Thanh Thuy Expressway Construction Investment Project; the draft Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 98/2023/QH15 on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City; the draft Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15 on the organization of urban government and piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang city. After that, the National Assembly discussed in groups the above contents.
