Family reunion with relatives working abroad under contract

(CT) - On December 3, 2025, Can Tho City Employment Service Center organized a meeting for families with relatives working abroad under contract.

Representatives of relatives of workers working abroad under contract receive support costs at the meeting.

At the meeting, delegates were informed about the loan policy of the Social Policy Bank of Can Tho City and VPBank Can Tho Branch for workers working abroad under contract; the results of overseas job consulting and introduction activities of the Can Tho City Employment Service Center in recent times...

On this occasion, representatives of relatives of 194 workers working abroad received non-refundable support of 7.5-15 million VND/worker according to Resolution No. 23/2020/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Hau Giang province (old) on regulations on policies to support workers working abroad under contracts for the period 2021-2025. This is the 5th time of providing support for families with relatives working abroad in 2025.

Since the beginning of 2025, Can Tho City has had over 2,500 workers going abroad to work in Japan and Korea and over 150 workers waiting to leave the country, contributing to the goal of creating jobs and increasing income for workers.
