According to the report of the Danang University Trade Union, in the period of 2023 - 2025, the trade union effectively implemented the targets, tasks and solutions set out in the Resolution of the 6th Danang University Trade Union Congress.

Danang University Trade Union and grassroots trade unions care about the material and spiritual life of union members, civil servants and workers.

The Union effectively organizes emulation movements, cultural, sports and volunteer activities... to arouse the enthusiasm and responsibility of union members, civil servants and workers in teaching, work, scientific research and technology transfer, innovation...

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Danang University Trade Union sets the goal of innovating the content and methods of trade union activities at all levels, building a strong trade union organization in the context of digital transformation.

Enhance the role and effectiveness of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests, and taking care of the material and spiritual lives of officials and employees. Increase participation in unit management and innovation in university governance; improve the capacity of union staff at all levels; and widely organize emulation activities.

The Congress set out targets such as: 100% of grassroots trade unions ensure the supervision of the correct implementation of labor laws; at least 96% of officials and employees participate in trade union organizations; 100% of trade union officials at all levels are trained, fostered, and coached to improve their skills and expertise; 100% of grassroots trade unions mobilize union members to participate in campaigns, social work programs, and volunteering...

Strive to have 3 officials and employees by the end of the term awarded the Certificate of Creative Labor by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor ; have at least 200 union member initiatives recognized.

The Congress elected an Executive Committee of 15 members, ensuring standards of quality, prestige and responsibility to lead the Danang University Trade Union to successfully implement the goals and directions for the 2025 - 2030 term.

At the congress, the Danang University Trade Union called on all staff and workers to support people in Danang city and the provinces of Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, and Gia Lai who suffered damage due to floods.
