The project aims to comprehensively support children and youth in border areas in terms of education, career, economy , digital skills and culture; mobilize the youth union system and social resources to accompany 248 border communes. The project sets out 6 tasks, solutions and 16 key targets. Typically, 100% of youth union branches and grassroots youth unions in border areas have regularly operating social media channels; each border commune establishes and maintains at least 1 regular youth volunteer team; each border commune is supported with at least 2 youth models for economic development in border areas. Youth Union chapters at all levels strive to build 500 "Red Scarf" houses for children in difficult circumstances in border areas; maintain and build at least 1 "Space for reading, interaction and Team activities" in each commune...
