On December 4, "genie" Hoang Dinh Bach said that in about 2 days, Mr. Do Van Huu's house will be relocated. wrongly built on the land of Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Loan (village 7, Thien Huong ward, Hai Phong city) will be completed.
The relocation work was carried out from the beginning of November, expected to be completed in about 15-20 days. However, the group of workers encountered many difficulties during the process, so the progress lasted for more than 30 days. The ground in the area was weak, the machinery system and winch used to pull the house continuously had problems and did not work. According to "genie" Hoang Dinh Bach, the group of workers carried out the relocation of many constructions, but the winch system having problems rarely happened.
In particular, during the process of moving this house, the team of workers also discovered many ownerless graves on the land where no houses had been built.

According to the records at the scene, Mr. Do Van Huu's house - including the concrete foundation - was moved away from Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Loan's land by the "genie" Hoang Dinh Bach's team using a winch system and large wooden bars, now only a few meters away from the land Mr. Huu bought. The foundation is also completed, ready for assembly.
Not far away, a small round mound of earth, suspected to contain a coffin underneath, has been marked. No one has yet come to claim it as the grave of a relative.

Thien Huong Ward authorities said the grave discovered by the "genie" group is likely an ownerless grave. If no one comes to claim it in the near future, the land owner will have to move it to a suitable location, in accordance with regulations.
Ms. Tran Thi Kim Loan said that her family has not yet dug to check, but through actual inspection, the location where the grave was discovered is not on her family's land but on the border.
Ms. Loan's family has sent a petition to the local authorities requesting that after Mr. Huu moves the house to the correct location, the site must be restored to its original state at the previously leveled height as well as ensuring the removal of all concrete piles pressed under the ground (if any).

The incident of Mr. Do Van Huu's family building a house on land legally owned by Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Loan's family once caused a stir in public opinion.
When the construction was discovered to be in the wrong location, Ms. Loan’s family and the local authorities requested the suspension of construction. However, Mr. Huu’s family did not comply and continued to complete the house and move in.
When the case was brought to court, the People's Court of Region 1 of Hai Phong City ordered Mr. Do Van Huu and his wife to dismantle and relocate the construction and return the land to the legal landowner.
At this trial, Mr. Huu admitted to having “built wrongly” but proposed a solution by exchanging the land or having Ms. Loan’s family sell it for 550 million VND. The two sides could not find a common voice and Mr. Huu decided to hire a “genie” for 250 million VND to move the house to the correct location of his family’s land.
