The South Central region will continue to have heavy rain over a wide area.

Accordingly, on the morning of December 5, Hanoi will be cloudy, with light rain in some places, with Northeast wind at level 2; cold weather, with the lowest temperature generally being 17-19 degrees Celsius, especially in the city center, 18-20 degrees Celsius; on the afternoon and evening of December 5, Hanoi will have no rain, and will be warmer, with the highest temperature being 23-25 ​​degrees Celsius. Humidity in the air will be high, generally 78-83%.

The above weather conditions in Hanoi will last until December 6. On December 7, Hanoi will be affected by a cold front causing rain and cold.

The lowest temperature during this cold spell in the North and North Central is generally 15-18 degrees Celsius, in the mountainous areas of the North it is generally 13-15 degrees Celsius, and in some places below 12 degrees Celsius.

Currently, floods on rivers in Lam Dong are receding; water levels on rivers in Hue city are changing slowly, water levels on rivers from Da Nang city to Khanh Hoa tend to rise.
