Preparing to inaugurate the restoration project of Nguyen Sinh Sac Relic Site

(DTO) On the afternoon of December 5, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Minh Tuan and leaders of relevant departments and branches had a meeting to survey the preparations for the Ceremony to receive the Certificate of ranking the special national relic of the tomb of Vice-Principal Nguyen Sinh Sac and inaugurate the project "Restoration, embellishment and promotion of the value of Nguyen Sinh Sac Relic Site".

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Minh Tuan came to offer incense at the tomb of Vice President Nguyen Sinh Sac.

Nguyen Sinh Sac relic site began construction on August 22, 1975 and was inaugurated on February 13, 1977. On April 9, 1992, Nguyen Sinh Sac relic site was recognized as a National Historical and Cultural Relic by the Ministry of Culture and Information.

On September 11, 2025, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh signed Decision No. 1959/QD-TTg on ranking special national relics (phase 18, 2025) for 4 relics nationwide, including the historical relic of the tomb of Vice-Chancellor Nguyen Sinh Sac.

At the survey, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Minh Tuan listened to relevant units report on the expected location of the ceremony, program, stage, and implementation of rituals. The ceremony is expected to take place on the occasion of the 96th death anniversary of Vice-Chancellor Nguyen Sinh Sac.

Through the survey, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Minh Tuan requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and related units to carefully prepare to organize this important event; pay attention to landscape sanitation, tree care in the relic site, and solemn ceremonies...
