- On December 5, the delegation of the Labor Federation of Lang Son province led by Ms. Be Thi Hoa, Vice President of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, President of the Provincial Labor Federation visited and presented funding to support the construction of a "Union Shelter" house for Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu, a union member of Cao Lau Primary School (Ba Son commune).

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu is a teacher in a particularly difficult situation, a single mother, supporting her elderly parents without salary and a young child of school age. Her level 4 house was built a long time ago, seriously degraded, the tiled roof is leaky, the walls are moldy, not ensuring safety for living.

The delegation of the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded funding to support the construction of a "Union Shelter" house for union member Nguyen Thi Thu, the grassroots union of Cao Lau Primary School (Ba Son commune).

Faced with that situation, the Provincial Federation of Labor supported 40 million VND from the "Union Shelter" Fund. With the help of colleagues, relatives and local authorities, Ms. Thu started building a new house in June and completed it in November 2025. The house has an area of ​​nearly 60 m², with a total cost of over 300 million VND, is a solid and spacious home that helps her stabilize her life and work with peace of mind.

The activity of supporting the construction of "Union Shelter" houses demonstrates the spirit of mutual love and support of the provincial trade union organization, contributing to taking care of the lives and ensuring social security for union members in difficult circumstances, creating motivation for them to improve in life and work.
