Before the two-level local government came into operation, from January 2020 to June 2025, as Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Lak district (old), Mr. Nguyen Van Hau was assigned to be in charge of general fields. He always upholds the spirit of responsibility, researches and learns to solve work scientifically, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

From July 2025 to October 20, 2025, appointed as Deputy Director of Lien Son Lak Commune Public Administration Service Center, Mr. Hau proactively and actively advised the Director and leaders of the Commune People's Committee to implement the Center's tasks in accordance with regulations.

Since the end of October 2025, Mr. Hau has held the position of Chief of Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Lien Son Lak commune.

With the thought that administrative reform is not only about changing the process, but also about changing the mindset of service, when taking on the task, Mr. Hau determined that technology must be applied so that people do not have to travel much, saving time and costs. Therefore, the Center focuses on digitizing 100% of input documents and encouraging online payment and submission of documents with the highest goal of bringing maximum convenience and satisfaction to people when transacting with the government.

In just a short time, thanks to the efforts and application of technological solutions, the Lien Son Lak Commune Public Administration Service Center has been operating stably and achieved positive results. Specifically, the Center has achieved 19/19 criteria according to Resolution 57 of the Central Committee on administrative reform, the rate of receiving online records reached 97.07%, the rate of online payment reached 96.39%, the rate of digitizing input records reached 100%, the rate of digitizing output records reached 98.52%. In particular, the rate of records resolved on time and within the deadline reached 99.18%. The results of the assessment of the Service Index for people and businesses in implementing administrative procedures to provide public services on the National Public Service Portal of Lien Son Lak Commune in the third quarter of 2025 ranked 13/102 communes and wards; October 2025 by the end of the month ranked 1/102 communes and wards.

At the end of October 2025, Mr. Hau continued to be transferred to work as Chief of Office of People's Council and People's Committee of Lien Son Lak commune.

With many contributions in performing professional tasks, at the 1st Dak Lak Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress, Mr. Nguyen Van Hau was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee Chairman for his outstanding achievements in the province's patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.
