At the same time, the Commune People's Committee issued regulations on the organization and operation of the department receiving and returning results according to the "one-stop" and "one-stop" mechanism in handling administrative procedures; assigned 7 officers, including 1 deputy director and 6 civil servants to directly perform duties at the "one-stop" department receiving and returning results at the Commune Public Administration Service Center.
The Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee is also the Director of the Public Administration Service Center, responsible for managing and operating internal communication documents between the People's Committee leaders and officials and civil servants to improve work quality and efficiency.

Since the beginning of the year, the Commune Public Administration Service Center has received over 1,400 administrative procedure files, of which over 1,200 files were online and 315 files were sent by post. The number of files resolved before the deadline is 1,391; over 1,400 files were synchronized to the national public service portal; 100% of administrative procedures under the commune's jurisdiction have implemented the "one-stop" and "one-stop-shop" mechanisms, meeting the conditions for receiving files and returning administrative procedure settlement results to citizens and organizations.
According to the assessment of people and businesses' satisfaction, the rate of timely handling of procedures and records of Khanh Hoa commune reached over 99%, with no overdue records.
"The goal of the commune is to build a service-oriented government, focusing on the satisfaction of the people and businesses. The People's Committee of the commune has issued an implementation plan, promoted propaganda work, improved the professionalism and responsibility of each officer at the Commune Public Administration Service Center. Thanks to that, the quality of administrative procedure settlement has been increasingly improved, most of the records are settled correctly and before the deadline; procedures on land and social policies have been shortened by 20-30% compared to before - Mr. Phung Trung Hai - Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa commune said.

Administrative procedure reform is not only about shortening time and simplifying paperwork, but also a fundamental shift from management to service. Khanh Hoa commune has been proving that with specific, practical and effective actions.
