Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) has just been awarded the Global Payment Quality Award 2025 (Straight Through Processing - STP) by JP Morgan Chase, recognizing its outstanding automatic processing rates in the leading group of international markets.

This is the fourth consecutive year that HDBank has won the STP award for USD cash flows, and for the first time set an industry record with the excellent payment quality award for EUR.

In the EUR category, HDBank achieved an STP MT103 rate of up to 98.00%, among the highest in the industry. With USD cash flow, the bank continued to maintain a series of outstanding achievements: STP MT103 rate reached 99.60% - among the global leaders; STP MT202 rate reached 100% - a perfect level according to international standards.

The STP award set of JP Morgan Chase - one of the world's largest banks - is a prestigious measure for organizations that achieve outstanding fully automated processing performance, ensuring speed - accuracy - stability in international payments.

Previously, in July 2025, HDBank was also awarded the Outstanding Payment Quality Award by Citibank, continuing to strengthen the bank's position in the global payment sector.
