(DN) - On December 3, information from the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province said that up to now, Area 1 of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park has cleared nearly 42 hectares, equivalent to 83% of the total area. For the remaining area, businesses have made commitments and are relocating assets and dismantling construction works.

According to the Project of Converting the Function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, the total land area is 329 hectares divided into 3 areas; in which, area 1 has a total area of ​​50.5 hectares.

This is a priority area for land clearance to build an urban - commercial - service area. The land runs along Le Van Duyet Street (from Vung Tau intersection to An Hao Bridge), adjacent to Dong Nai River, National Highway 1, and the new Provincial Political - Administrative Center of the province.
