
According to the Long An Construction Investment Project Management Board (Tay Ninh province), the undelivered sites are scattered at locations such as: DT830 intersection (An Thanh commune); T7-T8 pillar location and M2 access road; Phuoc Tu intersection; DT830C intersection; section Km4+580 - Km4+800; section Km4+760 - Km5+160; National Highway 1 intersection.
The slow progress of site clearance has resulted in unsynchronized implementation. In addition, recently, the progress of some packages has been affected by prolonged rainy weather and the scarcity of stone materials.
Up to now, the section from DT830 intersection to Nguyen Van Nham street is being constructed by contractors to fill the foundation, grade the aggregate and complete the drainage system, reaching 49-56% of the volume. The section from Nguyen Van Nham street to National Highway 1 is also being deployed with cement-soil piles, fill the foundation and rubble layer, with the implementation value of about 38-48%.
Currently, Tay Ninh province is continuing to mobilize the remaining households to hand over the land as soon as possible, and at the same time complete the resettlement infrastructure to ensure the rights of the people. The Long An Construction Investment Project Management Board is urging contractors to complete the construction on schedule.
The DT830E project is over 9.3km long, with a total investment of over VND3,700 billion, of which compensation and site clearance is about VND2,500 billion, construction is over VND1,200 billion. This is a parallel route to Ring Road 4, connecting the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong Expressway with DT830, which is of great significance in connecting main routes, reducing traffic pressure and creating momentum for local socio -economic development.
