On December 3, the tropical depression weakened into a low pressure area (below level 6) in the Dak Lak - Khanh Hoa sea area.

Meanwhile, in the North, a cold air mass is moving down. From the night of December 3, the North and North Central regions will be cold; the high mountainous areas in the North will be very cold in some places. The city also required reservoir management units to regulate flood discharge to avoid unfavorable combinations of peak high tides, heavy rains and flood discharge.
