The third problem is cost. Many small and medium-sized businesses find it difficult to access comprehensive ERP solutions because the cost is very high while the features are too redundant. In addition, businesses also have difficulty accessing loans due to lack of collateral and not fully meeting financial data from the lender.

The MISA AMIS platform includes more than 40 specialized applications, helping businesses comprehensively digitally transform core operations such as: Finance - Accounting, Marketing - Sales, Human Resources, Digital Office. Applications in the platform are closely connected to each other to reduce overlap and waste in the business. The MISA AMIS ecosystem is also divided into small applications, allowing businesses to choose to deploy a number of operations according to their needs and be ready to respond to additional operations when the business expands on a single platform, helping SMEs save costs and data is interconnected, consistent, and highly inheritable.
In particular, MISA pioneers innovation through the development of the MISA AVA AI Assistant, integrated into the MISA AMIS platform to support all business operations. This assistant helps organizations and businesses quickly query data, provide visual reports and in-depth analysis, creating a solid foundation for strategic decisions. At the same time, with AI technology and data analysis, MISA AVA also forecasts important indicators, supports flexible management, and optimizes operational efficiency. At the same time, MISA continues to deploy the AI Agent platform to create AI assistants for each field and industry that can automatically perform tasks, helping organizations and businesses optimize work processing time and improve productivity.
