The event attracted more than 300 delegates from ministries, branches, localities, institutes, experts, technology enterprises and innovation support organizations. This is considered one of the largest activities and has the most direct impact on the digital transformation process of the Northern mountainous provinces in 2025.
Within the framework of the program, Ms. Pham Thi Tuyen - Director of the Center for Medium Enterprise Solutions, MISA Joint Stock Company shared about MISA's digital transformation solutions, to help businesses apply and improve operational efficiency. According to Ms. Tuyen, businesses in the Northwest region operate mainly in fields such as agriculture , tourism, and agricultural processing. Therefore, revenue and costs fluctuate seasonally. Based on experience in implementing digital transformation for more than 350,000 businesses in all fields and sizes, MISA representative summarized 3 main problems SMEs encounter in management and digital transformation.

The second problem is that some solutions are only suitable for each stage of business development, and when replacement is needed, it is difficult to inherit historical data. In addition, businesses also have difficulty accessing loans due to lack of collateral and not fully meeting financial data from the lender.
