Ca Mau prepares to organize a series of activities to celebrate the 85th anniversary of the Revolutionary Tradition Day of the Party Committee, army and people of Ca Mau province.

On the morning of December 3, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang chaired a meeting to review the contents of a series of activities to celebrate the 85th anniversary of the Revolutionary Tradition Day of the Party Committee, army and people of Ca Mau province (December 13, 1940 - December 13, 2025), and the 65th anniversary of the Twinning of Ca Mau province and Ninh Binh province (1960 - 2025).

Currently, Ca Mau province is urgently preparing conditions to organize a series of activities towards the 85th anniversary of the Hon Khoai Uprising and the 85th anniversary of the Revolutionary Tradition of the Party Committee, army and people of Ca Mau province (December 13, 1940 - December 13, 2025) combined with the 65th anniversary of the Twinning of Ca Mau province and Ninh Binh province (1960 - 2025).

Accordingly, the celebration is expected to take place on the evening of December 7, the program will be connected to 2 bridges at 2 locations: Hung Vuong Square, Bac Lieu Ward and Phan Ngoc Hien Square, An Xuyen Ward.

At the meeting, delegates discussed the time and content of implementing activities such as: Main ceremony program; visiting and giving gifts; visiting historical sites; groundbreaking school projects; organizing photo and writing contests towards the anniversary; space for displaying OCOP products and exhibitions of images and artifacts.

At the meeting, delegates also discussed plans for preparing logistics, reception, accommodation arrangements for delegates and guests; organization costs, etc. to ensure that the activities are conducted solemnly, practically, economically, and create a deep impression on all classes of people.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and proactiveness of the units in developing plans and implementing assigned tasks.

To ensure the celebration takes place solemnly, safely, practically, economically and effectively, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang requested relevant units to actively coordinate and further promote information and propaganda work before, during and after the ceremony, in order to create the spread and meaning of this important event. Logistics work from the program to welcome delegates and guests, prepare gifts, security and order, health care , reception, celebration decoration... must be carefully prepared, on schedule and with quality.
