Quang Ngai has 4,849 fishing vessels , of which 100% have been registered and fully updated on the VNFishbase system . Fishing vessel monitoring activities are highly effective, with data synchronized on the VNFishbase software and the Fishing Vessel Monitoring System. All vessels entering and leaving ports at Border Control Stations are strictly managed in accordance with regulations.

Since the beginning of the year, Quang Ngai has controlled about 56,900 import and export ships , with the output of seafood unloaded through the port reaching 21,250 tons . The authorities have collected 17,600 fishing logbooks to serve management and supervision.

Thanks to these efforts, fishing vessel management in Quang Ngai is increasingly transparent, protecting aquatic resources and ensuring safe and regulated exploitation.
