QNgTV- After completing the first phase of the digital skills training program on the online platform at the Quang Ngai Digital Education Portal, many localities still have a low rate of people participating in the course. The Department of Science and Technology requires localities to promote solutions to increase this rate.

According to the Department of Science and Technology, as of November 28, 2025, there are 15 communes and wards with a rate of people participating in the course of 15% or more. These localities have seriously implemented, proactively propagated and guided people to participate in the course, contributing to increasing the rate of people participating in the course. There are still 52 communes, wards and special zones with a rate of people participating in the course of less than 5%.

The Department of Science and Technology requests the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to continue implementing solutions and guiding local people to participate in the course. Strive to have at least 80% of local adults participate in the course by the end of 2025. Encourage people to complete the final exam to receive a Certificate of Completion.
