Vice Chairman of Xuan Dinh Ward People's Committee Nguyen Hung Quoc spoke at the Conference
Vice Chairman of Xuan Dinh Ward People's Committee Nguyen Hung Quoc emphasized that in recent times, ensuring food safety at schools has always been given special priority by Xuan Dinh Ward, considering it a key task to protect the health of students, who are still at an immature age and most vulnerable to food safety risks. The Ward People's Committee has directed inspection teams and working groups to strengthen inspection and supervision of kitchens.
However, in reality, the situation of food safety in schools still has many potential risks and dangers from the selection of suppliers, receiving and preserving raw materials to the processing and dividing of meals, each small mistake affects the health of hundreds and thousands of students. In the face of this reality, the requirements for the government and schools are increasingly higher, requiring school boards and each teacher, staff member, and person directly processing food to regularly update knowledge and comply with legal regulations to protect students' health.

The training course was organized to help teachers, staff, and food processors better understand the new regulations on food safety and clearly understand the school's responsibilities in the process of implementing boarding activities.
In addition, the training course also aims to provide methods for properly implementing requirements for sanitation of facilities, equipment, people and food preservation and processing procedures; proactively preventing risks of poisoning and food safety incidents.
The leaders of Xuan Dinh ward asked the trainees to participate fully, seriously, and actively discuss with the reporter to improve learning efficiency. For the inspection team, the ward's food safety working group needs to make good use of the knowledge they have been trained to perform their tasks well in the coming time.
At the training conference, Head of the Department of Culture and Society of Xuan Dinh Ward Pham Thi Tu Anh and representatives of medical staff of Xuan Dinh Ward Health Station presented a number of new legal documents on food safety; responsibilities of the school's Board of Directors in food safety management; some existing problems and proposed solutions...
This is an extremely important activity and has many practical meanings with the most important goal of equipping people with knowledge to identify, prevent and handle food contamination risks, thereby preventing food poisoning incidents in schools.
The training session helps cooks understand the importance of choosing clean ingredients and preparing them properly to preserve the nutritional value of the meal, ensuring that students have enough energy to study. Participants are updated with the latest regulations and standards of the State on food safety, especially for collective kitchens; the training helps standardize the process from the stage of importing ingredients, preserving, preparing, processing, to the stage of storing samples and serving, ensuring that every step complies with food safety principles.
The training conference is an opportunity for local authorities in Xuan Dinh ward to strengthen inspection, supervision and dissemination of knowledge in a synchronous manner throughout the area. This is a proactive and necessary step to ensure that each meal at school is not only delicious but also absolutely safe, contributing to the comprehensive physical and intellectual development of future generations.
