Developing Da Nang culture and people in the new era

The City People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 192/KH-UBND to implement decisions and plans at all levels to continue implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW dated June 9, 2014 of the 11th Party Central Committee on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development in the city.

The goal of the plan is to build and develop a culture and people of Da Nang that is advanced, humane, creative, highly knowledgeable, highly cultured, has high income, high governance and high quality of life; imbued with national cultural identity, meeting the requirements of rapid and sustainable development of the city in the new era.

Specific targets: By 2030, all cultural and sports facilities at the commune and ward level will be invested in and completed; degraded relics will be preserved and periodically restored in each phase; all cultural heritages on the list of national intangible cultural heritages will be preserved and their values ​​will be promoted; more than 30% of traditional village houses of ethnic minorities will be invested in construction and repair in accordance with the identity of each ethnic group; the multidimensional poverty rate will be below 2.66%, of which urban areas will be below 0.74% and rural areas will be below 4.86%...
