Strengthening cooperation between the Ho Chi Minh Monument Site and Saint Petersburg State University
On December 2, in Hanoi, the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the President Ho Chi Minh Relic Site at the Presidential Palace and Saint Petersburg State University, Russian Federation, for the period 2025-2030 took place. Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy attended the ceremony.
