According to the representative of the People's Committee of the commune, this location had previously experienced a landslide forming a ravine. When an exceptionally heavy rainfall occurred in a short period of time, it swept away rocks and soil onto the road, posing a risk to the safety of people and vehicles passing by.

The route is managed by the Management Board of the City Economic and Industrial Zone Construction Investment Project. To ensure the safety of the people, the local authorities in coordination with the Management Board of the City Economic and Industrial Zone Construction Investment Project and related units have arranged forces to be on duty, regulate traffic, place warning signs and barriers, and announce a ban on traffic from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the following day.
