In particular, real estate business activities continued to be a bright spot in the other service group, contributing greatly to the overall growth.

Total revenue from other services in November 2025 is estimated at VND 4,783 billion, up 1.9% compared to October 2025 and up 25.8% compared to the same period in 2024. Of which, real estate business services for final consumption reached VND 1,817 billion, up 2.4% compared to the previous month and up 40.1% compared to the same period.
In the first 11 months of 2025, total revenue from other service industries reached VND 50,770 billion, an increase of 42.1% over the same period in 2024. Real estate business services alone continued to lead in revenue scale with VND 19,080 billion (an increase of 91.8%).
According to Da Nang Statistics, key projects in riverside areas, downtown areas and new urban areas all recorded high levels of interest, while large-scale projects became the focus of investment attraction.
