Exemplary female village chief of Ea Kiet commune

For over 11 years participating in the grassroots political system, Ms. H' En ÊCăm (Ya Vằm A hamlet, Ea Kiết commune) has always been a dedicated and responsible official, successfully fulfilling her assigned tasks and making a significant contribution to the transformation and development of the locality.

In 2014, Ms. H' En ÊCăm was elected to the position of deputy head of Ya Vằm A village. From the end of 2014 to the present, she has been assigned to be the village head and has been elected as a representative to the Commune People's Council.

Over the years, regardless of her position, she has always been deeply involved with the community, thoroughly understanding the situation of each household to advise the Party branch on issuing resolutions that are appropriate to the realities of people's lives. These include contents related to household economic development, maintaining security and order, and building a cultural life in the village. Based on this, she and the self-governing committee have implemented these resolutions with specific and detailed plans and organized their effective execution, attracting the participation and cooperation of the people. As a result, the lives of the people in the village have gradually improved. Currently, the number of poor households in the village is only 4, and security and order are always ensured.

In the New Rural Development movement, with the motto "The State and the people work together," Ms. H' En ÊCăm directly mobilized people to donate land, contribute labor, and provide funds for community projects. From 2018 to the present, the people of Ya Vằm A village have contributed over 300 million VND to concrete the village roads, install nighttime lighting, and build the "National Flag Road." To date, more than 90% of the village roads have been concreted, contributing to a clean and attractive appearance.

Not only is she dedicated to her work, but Ms. H' En ÊCăm also actively participates in many social activities. At the end of 2019, she was honored to join the Party. Since then, she has been assigned many additional responsibilities such as: President of the Red Cross Society of Ea Kiết commune, and Vice President of the Women's Union of the commune. In these different roles, she continues to play a key role, staying close to the people, listening to their concerns, and promptly answering their questions and resolving issues arising at the grassroots level.

In Buôn Ya Vằm A, over 95% of the population are Êđê people. To strengthen community cohesion, Ms. H' En ÊCăm regularly develops and implements community models for people to participate in. In 2020, she and the village's self-governing committee advised the Party branch to establish a funeral support fund for the village, with each household contributing 50,000 VND to support families with deceased relatives. From the beginning of 2025 to the present, the fund has supported 3 cases with a total amount of 19 million VND, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and sharing that is increasingly spreading in the community.

Having performed her assigned duties well, in March 2025, thanks to her competence and prestige, Ms. H' En ÊCăm was trusted and elected by the Party Branch of Ya Vằm A village to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch. To the people in the village, she is not only an exemplary village leader but also a dedicated community leader, contributing to the increasingly modernized and prosperous development of the village.
