Exemplary female village chief of Ea Kiet commune

In 2014, Ms. H' En E Cam was elected to hold the position of deputy head of Ya Vam A village. From the end of 2014 until now, she has been assigned to be the village head and elected as a representative of the People's Council of the commune.

Over the years, no matter what position she has held, she has always been close to the grassroots, grasping the situation of each household to advise the Party cell to issue resolutions suitable to the practical life of the people, including the contents of developing household economy , maintaining security and order, building cultural life... in the village. On that basis, she and the self-management board have implemented specific, detailed plans and organized effective implementation, attracting the participation and consensus of the people. Thanks to that, the lives of people in the village have gradually improved. Currently, the number of poor households in the village is only 4, the security and order situation is always guaranteed.

In the new rural construction movement, with the motto "The State and the people work together", Ms. H' En ECam directly mobilized people to donate land, contribute working days and funds to build projects serving the community. From 2018 to now, people of Ya Vam A village have contributed more than 300 million VND to concretize internal roads, install night lights and build the "National Flag Road". Up to now, in this village, more than 90% of internal roads have been concretized, contributing to creating a spacious and clean appearance.

Not only dedicated to her work, Ms. H' En ECam also actively participates in many social activities. At the end of 2019, she was honored to join the Party. Since then, she has been assigned many additional tasks such as: President of the Red Cross Society of Ea Kiet commune, Vice President of the Women's Union of the commune. In different tasks, she still plays a core role, close to the people, listens to the people, promptly answers people's questions and resolves problems arising at the grassroots level.

Ya Vam A village has more than 95% of the population being Ede people. To strengthen community cohesion, Ms. H' En ECam regularly builds and deploys community models for people to participate. In 2020, she and the village's self-management committee advised the Party cell to establish the village's funeral support fund, with each household contributing 50,000 VND to support families with deceased relatives. Since the beginning of 2025, the fund has supported 3 cases with a total amount of 19 million VND, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and sharing that is increasingly spreading in the community.

By doing well the assigned tasks, in March 2025, with her capacity and prestige, Ms. H' En E Cam was trusted by the Ya Vam A hamlet Party Cell to be elected as Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell. For the people in the hamlet, she is not only an exemplary hamlet leader but also a devoted cadre for the community, contributing to building an increasingly innovative and prosperous village.
