According to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, with the many projects that Novaland Group is implementing, if a common ground cannot be found, the situation will remain difficult. Only when the "bottlenecks" in these projects are resolved will the two sides continue to cooperate on new projects.
Lam Dong province hopes to see and feel more clearly the responsibility of investors in each project. For difficulties within the province's jurisdiction, specialized departments and localities will resolutely step in to resolve them. As for obstacles under the authority of the central government, Lam Dong hopes that investors will proactively work to resolve them as soon as possible.

Investors need to hire consultants in the field of mineral reserves and develop an economically viable plan before submitting it to the local authorities. At the same time, they must fulfill all financial obligations to gradually overcome difficulties during the implementation process. Relevant departments and agencies will work alongside the corporation to resolve difficulties and achieve the final result.
During the meeting with Novaland Group, the Provincial Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam emphasized that Lam Dong province welcomes the group's visit and their very practical proposals for the province.

Local authorities consistently uphold the spirit of supporting and resolving difficulties and obstacles for businesses and investors with projects in the area. This is both a responsibility and an incentive for the locality to attract investment and contribute to economic growth.
Lam Dong province highly appreciates Novaland Group's identification of the locality as a strategic investment location. Regarding the difficulties and obstacles faced by the group, the Provincial People's Committee has determined a roadmap, solutions, and approaches, with the resolve to resolve them completely and achieve the desired outcome for the investor.
