Attending and giving a speech, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh - Chairman of the Central Emulation and Reward Council emphasized the guiding message to the whole industry through 32 concise words: "Open institutions - Pioneering infrastructure - Flexible policies - Reasonable management - Effective solutions - Developing banks - Beneficiaries of the people - Self-reliant country". This is considered the guideline for the emulation movement and actions of the banking industry in the new development stage.
At the Congress, in the area displaying the emulation achievements of the whole industry, HDBank was one of 8 typical commercial banks selected to introduce the journey of more than 35 years of formation and development. Documents, images and outstanding indicators were solemnly presented, reflecting the industry's recognition of HDBank's role and persistent contribution in the process of developing a modern, stable and humane financial - banking system.
