The cause of this situation is that households along the route dump garbage and sand into the ditches; some of the drainage outlets across the canal have been filled and silted up by people.

That is one of the contents raised by the Ministry of Construction in a document sent to the National Assembly Delegation of Tay Ninh province in response to the petition of local voters.

To overcome the above situation, the Ministry of Construction said that it has directed the route management unit to strengthen the dredging of the drainage system; promptly arrange funds to repair the road surface and drainage system at urgent locations. The estimated budget for 2026 is 105 billion VND.
