Support up to 400 million VND to attract doctors to the western region of Lam Dong

Lam Dong Provincial Department of Health is recruiting civil servants for its affiliated public service units in the western region of Lam Dong.

Recruitment needs 59 positions; of which, recruiting 22 positions according to attraction policy.

The scope of recruitment of civil servants at public service units under the Department of Health of Lam Dong province includes: Lam Dong Provincial Center for Disease Control; Regional Medical Centers of Cu Jut, Krong No, Dak Mil, Dak Song, Gia Nghia, Dak Glong, Dak R'Lap, Tuy Duc.

Recruitment of civil servants for public service units under the Department of Health of Lam Dong province is based on job positions and corresponding to professional titles of grade III and equivalent, grade IV and equivalent.

In particular, recruitment according to the policy attracts 22 doctors (grade III) with one-time support as follows: Doctor, Specialist II: 400 million VND/person; Master, Specialist I and Resident Doctor: 370 million VND/person; Excellent graduate doctor: 350 million VND/person; Good graduate doctor: 300 million VND/person; Average graduate doctor, good average: 200 million VND/person.

For doctors working at public health units in Tuy Duc, Dak Glong, Forensic Medicine Center, or working in the psychiatric department or field, in addition to the above-mentioned support level, they will also receive additional support as follows: Doctors with good graduation: 40 million VND/person; Doctors with excellent graduation: 50 million VND/person; Doctors with postgraduate qualifications: 60 million VND/person.
