The reorganization process must be accompanied by inspection, monitoring, and removal of difficulties, ensuring stable teaching and learning activities, especially in difficult areas, borders, and islands. The Ministry of Education and Training emphasizes maintaining existing schools, only adjusting when necessary, aiming for convenience, serving the needs of students and people.

Previously, many localities have proactively implemented a systematic, scientific and transparent arrangement of the education network, but there are still places where the implementation is not uniform, potentially affecting educational security. Completing on schedule will contribute to streamlining the system, improving the quality of management and the effectiveness of educational activities nationwide.
