Hanoi simplifies 3 administrative procedures in the fields of labor and wages

On December 3, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 6010/QD-UBND approving a plan to simplify administrative procedures in the field of labor and wages under the state management of the Department of Home Affairs.

The decision clearly states: The Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee decided to approve the plan to simplify 3 administrative procedures in the fields of labor and wages to shorten the time when handling administrative procedures, creating convenience for businesses.

Specifically, simplifying procedures: Granting a license to operate labor leasing - reducing 9 working days compared to regulations;

Extension of Labor Leasing License - 9 working days less than the regulation;

Re-issuance of Labor Leasing Operation License (including 2 cases: In case the enterprise changes one of the contents of the granted license (including the enterprise name, head office address but still in the province where the license was granted; legal representative of the enterprise), the license is lost, the license is damaged and no longer has full information on the license - reducing the processing time by 9 working days compared to the regulations.

In case an enterprise changes its head office address to a different province than the one where the license was granted - the processing time is reduced by 6 working days compared to the regulations.
