Thunderstorm warning in the province

According to the 8:20 p.m. bulletin on December 3 from Khanh Hoa Province's Hydrometeorological Station, weather radar images show that convective clouds continue to develop strongly across the province, including the mainland and sea areas.

In the next 6 hours, thunderstorms are forecast to continue to develop and cause rain across the province. During thunderstorms, beware of lightning, tornadoes, strong gusts of wind, short-term heavy rain, rapid water flow through spillways, localized flooding of low-lying areas, pay attention to prevention and ensure safety.

Previously, at 8:00 p.m. on December 3, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Hydrometeorological Station also issued the final bulletin on storm No. 15. Accordingly, on the evening of December 3, the tropical depression weakened from storm No. 15 into a low pressure area on the mainland along the coast of Dak Lak - Khanh Hoa provinces. At 7:00 p.m. on December 3, the center of the low pressure area was at about 12.5 degrees North latitude; 109.1 degrees East longitude. The strongest wind in the center of the low pressure area decreased to below level 6 (below 39 km/h). The low pressure area is forecast to continue to weaken and gradually dissipate in the next 12 hours.
