The recruitment needs of businesses with over 1,500 employees in many industries and fields. A representative of Trang Bom Commune People's Committee said: There are currently 2 industrial parks in the area with many small and medium-sized companies operating and the demand for labor of enterprises is very high. The transaction session aims to create a bridge between workers and enterprises; at the same time, support workers to have stable jobs, and enterprises to recruit according to their needs in the context of labor shortages at each time. This is also a practical activity that contributes to promoting the sustainable development of the local labor market.
