Attending the meeting were representatives of local leaders, Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 3 (investor), Tuy Duc Area Construction Investment Project Management Board, representatives of Ja Lu, Bu N'Do A, Bu Mlanh B, Bu Koh, Bu Dach self-management boards, and households and organizations with affected land areas.
At the meeting, the People's Committee of the commune and the investor informed and disseminated the investment policy, purpose, significance and importance of the project for the socio-economic development of the locality.
At the same time, the authorities also disseminated State regulations related to compensation, support, resettlement policies and land recovery plans in accordance with the provisions of Clause 1, Article 87 of the 2024 Land Law.

The issues that people are interested in such as: Reclamation boundaries, compensation unit prices, project implementation progress, accompanying support policies, etc. were also directly and specifically answered by representatives of professional agencies and investors at the meeting.
Through discussion, the majority of people whose land is subject to recovery agree and highly agree with the project's policy and implementation plan; at the same time, they hope that the project will be implemented soon to put the project into use.
The Provincial Road 1 Improvement and Upgrade Project plays a particularly important role for Tuy Duc commune. Once completed, the route will contribute to expanding development space, creating favorable conditions for trade connections, promoting socio-economic development, especially in the fields of agriculture , trade and services; at the same time, ensuring traffic safety, minimizing accidents on the old degraded road, gradually improving the quality of life of local people.
