Water transport - the "connecting channel" that brings tourists to Ly Son

QNgTV- Ly Son has long been considered a “magnet” of Quang Ngai tourism. With its island characteristics, high-speed boats have become the main means of water transport, acting as a “connecting vessel” to bring tourists to Ly Son.

Currently, Quang Ngai has 2 inland waterway routes serving tourism : Sa Ky - Ly Son and Dao Lon - Dao Be. Of which, the Sa Ky - Ly Son route has 4 high-speed boats, with a capacity of 139 - 152 seats, meeting the transport capacity of about 5,000 passengers/day/two-way. In the period of 2023 - 2025, this route has served more than 517,000 passengers, with a revenue of more than 180 billion VND.

The Big Island - Small Island route has 12 vehicles, including 11 canoes with 23 - 38 seats and 1 wooden boat that can carry both passengers and cargo. The service capacity is about 3,000 passengers/day/two ways. In 3 years, this route has transported nearly 170,000 passengers, generating revenue of more than 18.6 billion VND.
