The working group inspected the Pa Tan Commune Primary and Secondary Boarding School Project.

Participating in the inspection team were representatives of the leadership: Provincial Police, Department of Construction, Finance, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Education and Training, Department of Industry and Trade, Provincial People's Committee Office, Project Management Board of Civil and Industrial Construction, Provincial Land Fund Development Center, Party Committee, People's Committee of Pa Tan commune.

Provincial Police leaders reported on the progress of the Project.

The Pa Tan Primary and Secondary Boarding School Project was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2823/QD-UBND dated November 9, 2025 with a total investment of more than 263 billion VND. The project includes a theoretical classroom, an administrative building - headquarters, auxiliary items and synchronous infrastructure. The project is expected to be completed and put into use before August 30, 2026. According to the report of the Provincial Police - the agency assigned as the investor, the site clearance work in Pa Tan has been 100% completed, the recovered area of 7.46 hectares has been completely handed over to the construction unit.

Working group inspected the Nam Ban Commune Market Construction Investment Project.

The Nam Ban Market Construction Investment Project in Nam Nhun District was approved in Decision No. 1727/QD-UBND dated November 19, 2024 by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Nhun District (old) with a total investment of 3 billion VND. After completing the district level, reorganizing and merging the commune-level administrative units, on November 11, 2025, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2845/QD-UBND adjusting the Nam Ban Market project to invest in Pa Tan 3 Village, Pa Tan Commune and raising the total investment to 4.2 billion VND, an increase of 1.2 billion VND compared to the initial approval; the adjustment will help increase the project's investment efficiency.

At the inspection, representatives of the contractor and relevant agencies reported on the progress of the projects as well as the difficulties and obstacles that need to be resolved. The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the initiative of the investor and the efforts of the contractors in mobilizing human resources and equipment immediately after receiving the site, and at the same time requested relevant units to continue to closely follow the progress and strengthen supervision of the construction quality of the projects.

After the field inspection, the Working Group also worked with Pa Tan commune to listen to reports and proposals from relevant units. Here, leaders of Pa Tan commune and members of the Working Group gave many opinions to speed up the progress of project implementation and remove difficulties and obstacles.

Concluding the working session, Mr. Tong Thanh Hai - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the investor to closely monitor the contractor to develop a detailed construction plan, proactively supply materials, mobilize workers and machinery, focus on speeding up the construction progress, and strive to complete the project as soon as possible. During the construction process, attention must be paid to ensuring safety. The Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to proactively research plans and solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in the scarcity of construction materials (sand, stone) to serve the construction of the project to ensure progress; The Department of Construction is responsible for coordinating with the Tax Department, the Market Management Department and the commune authorities to research plans and solutions to manage the prices of construction materials (sand, stone) in the province to overcome the difference in construction material prices between the approved estimate, invoice price and actual selling price to solve difficulties and obstacles for contractors. Review the approved market design plan. If it is not suitable, propose to adjust the Project or propose to invest in phase 2 to ensure the future goal of the market being a commercial center in the core area of Pa Tan commune.
