This is also a good condition for agencies and units to focus on promoting emulation to reach the finish line early, successfully implementing the targets of the 2025 National Defense Movement.

Therefore, Party committees and commanders at all levels have proactively reviewed and evaluated the actual results of the implementation of the International Youth Movement in association with the central political tasks. On that basis, promote good results, good models, creative ways of doing things, promptly overcome limitations in the organization of the International Youth Movement in agencies and units.

Over the past year, the International Emulation Movement of the provincial armed forces has had many clear changes in terms of awareness, content and organization methods. The emulation targets and measures have been built specifically, close to the reality of each task; the consideration and proposal of rewards have been democratic, public, timely, appropriate to the subjects and achievements. Since then, the situation of "equalization, even distribution" or "giving in to emulation" has been fundamentally overcome. Each collective and individual has made efforts and strived with results and specific work efficiency to be honored and rewarded accordingly.

Thereby, spreading the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the hearts of the people.

The emulation has created motivation to encourage collectives and individuals to promote the spirit of responsibility, creativity, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility; many good models and creative ways have been implemented such as: "Go with gifts - come back with a home"; "Quick response team"; "Youth shock team for digital transformation", "Living blood bank", "One comrade address each month", "Border bamboo hedge"... bringing practical results, contributing to the excellent completion of local military and defense tasks.

Colonel Nguyen Viet Thang: In order for the TĐQT Movement to truly go into depth, have widespread power, and become a driving force in performing tasks, right from the beginning of the year, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command have focused on leading and directing agencies and units to thoroughly grasp the directives and instructions of superiors; at the same time, proactively concretizing the content and emulation targets in accordance with the characteristics and actual conditions of each agency, locality, and field of work. Associated with the responsibilities and tasks of each cadre, party member, and each working position.

We always link the emulation plan with the training plan, combat readiness plan, Party work, political work and other movements and campaigns. Based on the key tasks of each quarter and each month, agencies and units specify the emulation content and targets with specific action models and slogans that are easy to remember, easy to implement, easy to check and evaluate. Thanks to that, right from the beginning of the year, officers and soldiers clearly understand the goals, know what content they need to strive for, what criteria, and avoid the situation of general and formal movements.

The unit focuses on promoting the role of the Party Committee, commanders, political officers, and political cadres in advising, guiding, and organizing emulation movements. Every quarter and every month, it organizes inspections and evaluations of implementation results, promptly commends and promotes typical and advanced collectives and individuals; reminds and corrects units with shortcomings, helping the movement to be continuous and achieve real results.

In particular, in 2025, the Provincial Military Command has competed to implement "3 breakthroughs": Organizing and staffing in a streamlined, compact, and strong direction; improving the quality of training and education, meeting the requirements of combat readiness and combat capability; building discipline, law enforcement, discipline and promoting administrative reform, developing e-Government and digital transformation.

Accordingly, each agency and unit builds a specific evaluation criteria table for each emulation content; the results are quantified and demonstrated by data, images, and work products. The consideration, voting, and classification of emulation are conducted publicly and democratically. Thereby, contributing to creating a healthy emulation environment, encouraging cadres and soldiers to promote their capacity, creativity, and strive to complete all tasks well and excellently.
