Attending the conference were delegates from the functional agencies of the General Department of Personnel and Technology; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, commanders of the Quartermaster Department; and delegates from the commanders of agencies and units of the Quartermaster Department.

Major General Ha Nhu Loi, Deputy Director of the General Department of Personnel and Organization, gave a speech at the conference.

Major General Do Van Hau, Director of the Quartermaster Department, concluded the conference.

Delegates attended the conference at the bridge point of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering Command.

The report and opinions presented at the conference unanimously affirmed: In 2025, with the close leadership and direction of the Head of the Ministry of National Defense , the Head of the General Department of Personnel and Equipment, and the coordination and cooperation of agencies and units; the Quartermaster Department has comprehensively and synchronously deployed all aspects of work; ensured all aspects of military supplies for combat readiness tasks, regularly and suddenly; maintained stability and improved the lives of soldiers, organized the implementation of and exceeded the targets of military supplies work; maintained order in the industry's working regimes.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Ha Nhu Loi acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the Quartermaster Department in 2025. To successfully complete the tasks in 2026, Major General Ha Nhu Loi requested: The Quartermaster Department proactively research, advise, and propose to the Party Committee, the General Department of Personnel and Technology, the Ministry of National Defense, and the Central Military Commission plans to adjust and supplement the amount of reserve military supplies suitable to the requirements of the tasks in the new situation. Research and propose guiding documents and implement the Decree replacing Decree No. 76/ND-CP regulating logistics standards for active soldiers, workers, and defense officials.

Major General Ha Nhu Loi awarded prizes to the collectives that achieved the title of Determined to Win Unit.
Major General Do Van Hau awarded awards to individuals who excellently completed the A80 mission and achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level.
Colonel Ha Chi Dung awarded prizes to individuals who achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level.

Directing agencies and units of the entire army to effectively carry out the work of ensuring military supplies for missions; strictly maintaining the order and regime of military supplies work in the entire army; actively researching, having many policies and solutions to promote the application of science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation in improving the effectiveness of leadership, command, and management of military supplies and equipment, promptly meeting mission requirements.

Major General Ha Nhu Loi noted that, along with performing well political tasks, the Quartermaster Department strengthens political education, ideological leadership, professional training, and improves all aspects of the qualifications of officers, soldiers, and employees of the Quartermaster Department.

The conference launched the 2026 Emulation Movement and awarded rewards to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in performing tasks in 2025.
