The conference unanimously affirmed: In 2025, the General Staff has led, directed, and advised on ensuring adequate, timely, and synchronous logistics, weapons, and technical equipment for training missions, combat readiness, regular and ad hoc; focused on ensuring well the A50, A80 missions, the exhibition of 80 years of national achievements; rescue and flood prevention activities; directed the preparation and organization of preliminary and final conferences of the sectors in accordance with the plan approved by the Ministry of National Defense ; advised and directed the HC-KT work to participate in the Ministry's exercises; reviewed, adjusted, and supplemented HC-KT documents after the merger; guided the development of a system of HC-KT documents when organizing 2-level local governments; directed the good organization of the Action Month on occupational safety and hygiene in the entire army; organized the recruitment and training of new soldiers to ensure quality and absolute safety; Organize the handover of tasks of agencies and units after merger and reorganization to ensure strict compliance with regulations; complete drafting and submitting to the Head of the Ministry of National Defense for promulgation of a Circular regulating the functions, tasks, powers, and working relationships of the General Department of Personnel and Equipment; strictly maintain training and combat readiness regimes; and maintain order in Party and political work activities in the General Staff.

Commending, recognizing and appreciating the achievements of the General Staff in 2025, in his speech directing the conference, Major General Phung Ngoc Son emphasized: To successfully complete the tasks in 2026, the General Staff continues to proactively do a good job of research, consulting and proposing to the Party Committee, the General Department and the Ministry of National Defense to deploy and ensure the HC-KT work for training, exercises, combat readiness, regular and unexpected.
