Jobs and incomes of workers are guaranteed; State assets and capital are preserved and developed; finances are stable, the Company develops sustainably, and the lives of officers, employees, and workers are maintained, improved, and enhanced.

Appreciating the efforts, responsibilities and results that X20 Joint Stock Company has achieved in 2025, speaking at the conference, Major General Nguyen Dinh Chieu requested: In 2026, X20 Joint Stock Company will continue to improve production capacity and product quality; proactively increase production capacity of military uniform products; urgent tasks assigned by the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department of Personnel and Technology; actively participate in research to improve military uniforms in a modern, convenient and sustainable direction.

Promote the development of economic production, expand markets and new customers. Complete the organizational model and administrative apparatus in a modern, standardized direction and strengthen risk control. Accelerate the transformation of the production and administrative organization model, invest in human resource development and digital transformation as a long-term foundation; build a team of high-quality tailors - technical staff - administrative staff, along with improving the working environment, increasing productivity on the basis of new technology; build corporate culture, affirm a strong brand in the market.
